Conditions and general agreements

- order that was sent to our firm is binding for customer
- seller is not responsible for mistakes in order which were made by customer
- warranty claim is provided under the czech commecial code

- goods is dispatched in 5 working days according to the size of order and if the required amount of goods is in stock
- if it is not possible to keep the delivery time, customer is immediately informed after recieving of order
- after mutual agreement it is possible to accept goods at firm address
- after mutual agreement we can deliver the order to any place you will choose (price of transportation is not included in price of order), in case of cash on delivery the customer pays to bearer
- we always seek to choose the best, the fastest and the most optimal way of transportation in order to prevent the pointless increasing of prices
- in case of bigger orders, the transportation will be payed by our firm

- prices in catalogue do not include the transportation fee, it is payed by customer
- in serious cases we reserve the riht to change the prices
- prices are VAT included (19%), pricelist is valid to date of emiting new one, resp. actualisation

- we accept the payments in cash, cash of delivery and in purchase invoice
- other way of payment is possible only after mutual agreement
- goods remains to be property of our firm unless it is fully payed

- if it is not stated in another way in bill of delivery, we provide warranty claim under the law
- sales return is done by customer always in writing
- customer is obliged to check the status of goods right after recieving
- sales return must be done within seven days after the date of recieving
- customer has no right for compensation for damage except the case of defect of goods, customer has especially no right for compensation for damage in case of lost profit according to wrong delivery
